Our deluxe log cabins have A/C and Heat,a small kitchenette with sink, microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee pot, electric skillet, toaster, cooking and eating utensils. There is a toilet and shower, sitting area with couch, one bedroom with a full size bed and a set of bunks. There is a sitting porch with chairs and LP grill, a fire ring and picnic table. The cabins also have a loft that sleeps one-two people, which is not recommended for very young children. You do need to bring your own linens and towels. If you would like us to provide the linens and towels, there is a $15.00 charge for one full sized bed and the set of bunk beds or futon , and towels for four people. Three basic log cabins overlook the lake and and sit under many towering oak and pine trees. They stay cooler in the summer as they are under the canopy of trees. The basic cabins are budget priced for those who just want to enjoy the simple pleasures of camping without having to sleep on the ground or worry about their tent leaking! We no longer allow  pets in the basic cabins, after having to pay to get fleas removed for the second time, I'm done with pets.  Linens are also not provided.

Please be aware, there is no smoking allowed in ANY of our buildings, and all butts must be place in appropriate receptacles and not tossed on the ground. Please be courteous of other campers and the owners who have to pick them all up.

Our Tent/RV sites are grassy with a gravel pad. Most sites are shady, large and private, with a backdrop of wooded hills. Because of the abundance of trees, some of the sites are a little difficult to maneuver in unless you are experienced at backing in to your site. We updated some of our FHU sites and added 50 amp elec service.

We also have sites with open decks and covered decks at no additional charge if renting by the night, week or month. Additional charges if paying seasonally.

We also have FIREWOOD for sale at the campground. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO BRING IN FIREWOOD FROM HOME TO THE CAMPGROUND. This IS spreading pests including the EMERALD ASH BORER, a pest that is destroying the ash tree forest in Ohio and many other states. We have a lot of mature Ash trees in the campground in our forest and would like to delay the spread of the E A Borer into our campground. We also allow you to gather down trees and brush from the wooded area of the campground for your campfires. If you do bring in firewood, you may be asked to leave  the campground with no refund.  It may save you a few dollars for firewood in bringing in your own, but it will costs us $$$$  to have to remove the very large Ash trees as a result of the E.A. Borer.

Please call us if you have any questions regarding the cabins or any other concerns at 740-998-5648. To make online reservations, click on link at top of page.

We are a small campground, but we are big on hospitality.  Thank you for taking the time to consider our place to visit.
